I've got an Ashley Furniture Larson Cinnamon, left hand facing chase, sectional.We have owned for just over 2 years. It is clean and in very good condition. However there are two small blemishes from over the years, and it is two small spots along the seam on the cusions (visible in the picture below). You cannot see these minor flaws just looking at the piece. Never any pets on this piece and in very nice shape.The dimensions are 120"long(10ft.) the chase piece comes out 72"(6Ft.), 36"(3Ft.)deep(from front of couch section to wall), and 32"(2Ft.8") tall.
